Nomenclature

Alirio Diaz, on of the most important guitarists in history, made a great impact on the guitar world with his concerts and recordings. His Son Senio Diaz came to Rust in 2013 and wanted to support the festival. Gabriel Guillen offered him the artistic administration of the Competition, which he accepted. Since then both Competitions during our festival are named "Alirio Diaz".
